While you wait for your turkey to cook, why not get in a fun workout at the 20th annual Turkey Trot?
The 5K Fun Run and Walk will be celebrating its 20th year on November 23rd. This event is extremely popular with locals and visitors alike as nearly 500 folks are expected to enjoy trotting on Thanksgiving day along the Big Wood River and through the Draper Wood River Preserve.
The Run starts and ends at Hailey Town Center West (behind the Library) at 116 S River St.
The first wave of trotters goes at 9:30 a.m. and the second wave at 10:30 a.m.
Pre-registration opens November 1 – 22, and the cost is $25 Adult (10 & over); $15 Child (10 & Under) or $60 for a family of four. The Family Package includes four Turkey Trot 2023 caps. Please list each participant name in the comments section of the registration form. Participants who are not listed will be identified as “Turkey Trotter” for their race bib number.
