Biking

Biking is to summer what skiing is to winter and almost everyone does it! Your skill level does not matter we have a great variety of trails for all abilities.

BikePath

Road Biking

Let’s start with our 32 miles (yes, you read that correctly!) of paved bike path connecting Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley, thanks to our friends at the Blaine County Recreation District (BRCD). This trail system is used by families, recreational users and commuters alike for biking, walking, and in the winter the path is groomed for walking and nordic skiing.

Park

Hailey Pump Park

In addition to the Wood River Trails, the BRCD offers a great Pump Park in Hailey, where kids and adults alike can test and improve their biking skills.

Mountain Biking

Mountain Biking

The entire Wood River Valley, aka “Single Track Heaven”, is a playground for mountain bikers of all abilities with over 400 miles of well-maintained single track trails throughout the hills, mountains and canyons. Mountain Bike Champion and Ultra Endurance Specialist Rebecca Rusch has lived and trained here for nearly a decade and the area has been recognized as one of the country’s top mountain bike destinations by passionate bike enthusiasts and national publications like BIKEmagazine, OUTSIDE, and more. Many folks hit the trails in the Sawtooth National Recreation area, 20 miles north of Hailey, but there are plenty of favorite trails in the many canyons and mountains outside of Hailey.

Motocross
