April is one of those odd months when both the second Tuesday (our usual mornings for Wake Up Hailey) and the third Thursday (our usual nights for Business after Hours) fell on the same week. Nonetheless, the Hailey Chamber was happy to host both events in the same week, and both were exceptionally successful and well attended.
April’s Wake Up Hailey was held at Harrison Insurance, with a happy and supportive crowding over-flowing out of the office space at the Old Mercantile Building.
“I was thrilled and surprised by how many people showed up. It was really great, and a lot of fun,” said Kathy Harrison, the owner of the independent insurance agency. To find out more about Harrison Insurance, please check out Chamber Corner profile.
April’s Business After Hours, or BAH, was hosted by Mountain West Bank. More than 100 local business people and community members attended the festive event. Woodside Motorsports showed off their summer toys and food was provided by Zou 75. The social crowd event kicked a keg of microbrewed beer!
The Business Card Raffle was again a huge hit, and we’d like to thank everyone who generously offered up prizes: Mountain West Bank, Goode Motors, Silver Creek Ford, Wood River Sustainability Center, Hurtig Shooting Center, Franklin Building Supply, Dr. Jeffery Roth DMD, Woodside Motor Sports, Auto Works, Senior Connection, Christopher and Company.
