The annual Halloween Hoopla is back on Monday, Oct. 31! From 3:30 – 5:30 p.m., kids in costumes will roam the Hailey’s Main Street and participating businesses will give out candy!

The Kiwanis of Wood River Valley will be hosting a costume contest at Hailey Town Square!
